How many times have you been driving and been totalled baffled by a road sign or wondered just what is the point of that?
Traffic lights ahead with a sign right next to the traffic lights – surely, if you can’t see the lights should you really be on the road?
In a recent government-commissioned report, it revealed the number of road signs in the UK now stands at a staggering 4.57 million! A Sunday Times article highlighted just a few of the signs that are cluttering the UK roads. It ranges from ‘no stopping, cycle warnings, brown tourist signs which serve no purpose and temporary signs which are forgotten about and left in place. Take a look at our picks below…
