Well, when it comes to warehouse and logistics space, it seems the uncertainty surrounding our forthcoming departure from the European Union has not had a significant or major impact!

Speculative development has reduced by a massive 75% over the past decade, meaning the competition for available warehouse-friendly land has intensified. Moreover, with many UK companies planning to base their operations solely on home soil following Brexit, demand for space looks set to increase even further.
