About the project
When they came over to look for a site for their UK operation Spaceway were recommended to them by their property agent. They looked at a number of buildings and we provided various designs for each one, after all these were completed we sat down and discussed the pro’s and cons of each one and finally decided on the building in Southampton.
Spaceway won the contract through our ability to be able to turn designs round quickly, attention to detail along with competitive pricing .
The concept involved the installation of high bay pallet racking, packing benches, picking trollies, fork lift truck, warehouse lighting and electrics, office furniture, kitchen and a new board room.
Once the design was finalised a detailed program of works was put together to work within the tight timescales before they were due to start trading.
Spaceway completed the construction within budget and within the given timescale and we continue to work with them on other projects.
