About the project

Established in 1977 Marketing Sciences provide detailed research services for Food, healthcare, and animal health studies. The philosophy is to offer clients a high-quality product, whether they require straightforward research or a  complex in-depth study that demands the highest levels of creative input or technical expertise and sophistication.

Spaceway developed a design to meet the client’s specific needs. this process was a team effort with a number of plans and designs revised until the final design was agreed upon.

The space required a full strip out and new refurbishment. the challenge was to deliver a high-quality project with so little space to work in.
