I write to you as valued customers and friends of Spaceway with an update following on from last week’s email.
The business remains open and operational, albeit on a limited basis due to government guidance. We are able to take telephone calls remotely on our mobiles and office numbers have been twinned to other devices to ensure office calls are also picked up.
It is vital that we limit all non-essential travel and that we put the safety of our staff, customers and the wider population first.
Due to government guidance we are unable to carry out any site surveys for quotations and construction advice in person or to take on new instructions at this time. We are maintaining diaries so to quickly get these booked in and prioritised as soon as we are able.
We are talking to all customers involved in live projects to ensure contracted work is pushed through where possible. We are also still dealing with enquiries and ensuring we maintain contact and communication with all of our business community via web updates and emails where possible.
