Dunns House is one of Wiltshire’s most iconic office buildings.
The converted grain store, set in the heart of Salisbury, is currently occupied by over 600 staff working for pensions experts the James Hay Partnership.
Spaceway has been awarded a six-figure contract to refurbish the five-story office building, with new carpets, decoration, desking and a new state of the art meeting and reception facility.
The work will take up to six months to complete, with phases of work planned to ensure there will be minimal disruption to the James Hay Partnership’s day to day operations.
The project was awarded to Spaceway due to their impressive presentation of proposals, as well as their performance on previous contracts.
