Production mezzanine, office mezzanine,mezzanine stairs and storage mezzanine are all parts of the scheme as well as 12m high bay pallet racking, and multi-tier industrial shelving in the warehouse and distribution facility.
The very latest energy efficient heating and cooling and LED lighting with automatic dimming and PIR controlled switching have been designed throughout the building to keep running costs low.
As well as this, a full office refurbishment and office fit out including demountable glazed office partitioning, suspended ceilings, carpets, air conditioning, LED lighting and a complete new washroom, toilets and canteen facility over three floors of modern offices has resulted in a huge contract for Spaceway.
The project is being run under latest CDM (2007) Health and Safety guidelines so Westcon can be safe in the knowledge that construction is being carefully monitored and carried out safely.
