The story of the project
Phase 1: WC Refurbishment
We began by upgrading the client’s WC facilities, delivering a fresh, modern space to enhance the overall environment for staff and visitors.
Phase 2: Engineering & Showroom Upgrades
This phase involved creating a new mezzanine floor, engineering office, and a refurbished ESD flooring-protected showroom — ensuring a safe, anti-static environment for sensitive equipment and workers.
Phase 3: Office and Reception Fit Out
We completed a full office fit out with new furniture, glass partitioning, fresh flooring, updated décor, and a welcoming refurbished reception area to elevate the client’s front-of-house experience.
Phase 4: Kitchen Breakout Space
In the final phase, we transformed the kitchen breakout area into a fun, open, and inviting space by removing a central column and replaced with a larger beam and column either side of the room It made a huge difference!
We added some stylish finishes like faux concrete flooring and terrazzo LVT flooring, a feature TV slat wall, and a brand-new kitchen with quartz worktops and comfy soft seating.
The Result
The project perfectly demonstrated the full range of our services, and how Spaceway can help completely transform a workspace. Working together with Gen3 we managed to create a safer, more efficient, modern and inviting workplace for staff and visitors.
It also shows our full turnkey solution in full effect. Taking on such a large project and then consulting with the client, providing the 3D designs and then delivering the installation, whilst carefully timetabling it to minimise disruption so Gen3 could continue to deliver their service at the highest level.
