Project
Transformed from a rundown 8,500 square foot structure by Spaceway, the building now comprises of storage and high quality designed offices, which has been further boosted with the addition of a 2,500 square foot storage area in an adjacent building.
Chosen from a short-listing of three companies, Airconco selected Spaceway for its experience, vision and expertise.
Spaceway had to completely strip out the building and then erect a mezzanine floor throughout. To provide additional storage, Airconco negotiated a deal with a car dealership located in the adjoining building, whereby Spaceway was able to install a 2,500 square foot mezzanine floor over the existing car workshop. So that Airconco could access the storage area directly from its premises, Spaceway knocked through doorways from the first floor Airconco’s facility to the storage area.
Spaceway then created 3,500 square feet of high quality designed office space, a showroom and telecoms room together with 5,000 square feet of fully fitted storage. The offices were then fitted with the latest Komfort ‘Polar’ glazed partitioning, and full height cherry veneer doors with polished stainless steel door furniture.
The general building, floor coverings, decoration, electrics, lighting, air conditioning, ventilation and other specialist contractor works were all carried out to the highest standard under the supervision of Spaceway’s on-site project team. To complete the project Spaceway installed full height storage wall cabinets and matching executive desking, storage, seating and screens.
