Spaceway is celebrating a super spring time contract win to fit out the entire interior of number one, Central Park, Park Royal, London.
Central Park is a brand new 160,000 sq.ft office and industrial development scheme in the heart of Park Royal and is creating a fantastic amount of interest from businesses looking to expand their operations in London.
Spaceway has already started construction work on the project for its client after many weeks of detailed design work and logistical planning.
The first project is due to be completed in May 2014, with additional works already being discussed as an extension to the first phase.
Dominic O’Brien of Spaceway said: “We are delighted to be selected for this prestigious contract. It really has been down to the hard work of our designers and estimators, who have provided a fantastic value for money interior design with that has efficient running costs and best use of space.”
