Sometimes this can be an issue especially if the project relies on the client having to project manage, including the design and controlling contractors on site.

Spaceway designed the scheme using their own in house auto cad design team and a Spaceway Project Manager coordinated all the trades and logistics on site leaving the client free to carry on with his own day job.
