We are Moving Offices!!
December 8, 20222022 is proving to be a very busy year so far for Spaceway. Demand for combinations of mezzanine, offices, production, storage and distribution space has meant working at an ever-increasing pace, yet with the same attention to detail.
There have been significant supply chain challenges – and cost inflation – resulting from the pandemic and Brexit.
I am proud of not only the Spaceway response but also the way our key suppliers and specialist contractors have upped their game.
As we hurtle towards 2023, I can honestly say that our team has never felt more resilient and excited for the future.
Early engagement remains key
Thank you to our supply chain partners – who have been working tirelessly to minimise disruption and keep us updated – and to our customers, who have understood the need to engage with us early in the project lifecycle to ensure resource allocation.
With more changes to the political and economic climate ahead, advance ordering will become more important as we head towards the end of summer and beyond.

A hat-trick of major projects
This year we have been working on many interesting and demanding projects, including three particularly complex solutions that really showcase our project management, products and expertise:
• A multi-tier mezzanine solution totalling over 10,000 sqm and reaching 10m in height in a brand-new, automated e-commerce distribution facility for a leading UK retailer.
• A seven phased heavy duty mezzanine floor 4000kgs/m load capability project for an international cosmetics manufacturer providing over 15,000 sqm high quality production space under each mezzanine.
• A multi phased mezzanine, production spaces and offices providing an additional 9,000sqm for an international distribution of electronic components which is ongoing due for completion late 2023.
