Space plans and designs are often supplied as part of our proposals. This means you can see exactly what you will be getting ahead of investing in your business plans.

We use the very latest Auto Cad design software and 3D visuals where required to realise your vision.

Logistics, Health and Safety

It’s really important when having work carried out on your premises to make sure the following elements are done correctly:

The scheduling of the works
Health and Safety (CDM) Compliance
Fire Safety & Building Regulations

We ensure the right levels of resources are allowed for each project from full site supervision and building control approval for a complex design to a simple handover and sign-off of a mezzanine floor installation.

Construction

Our floors blend into the original structure and once they are constructed you’d be hard-pushed to tell them apart.

We can also take care of all on-site cabling, lighting, ventilation & heating. This happens seamlessly and equipment can be relocated during construction.

We provide a smooth transition from the old warehouse to the new, including the sourcing, moving, and re-installation of any equipment.

Mezzanines floors

Depending on the headroom available, we can install a mezzanine that takes full advantage of the space available.

Although in most cases planning permission is not required, we will deal with any Fire Safety or  Building Regulation Approvals to ensure the installation meets all statutory requirements.
