About the project
One of Bournemouth’s prime office locations on the top floor of Waverley House, Holdenhurst Road, has recently undergone a very stylish fit out thanks to Spaceway.
The challenge
Bournemouth-based Glenmore Consultants Limited gave its chosen office fit out partner, Spaceway, the ultimate challenge when business owner Mark Rowe declared: ‘ We want an office our staff will love working in, that provides value for money and will be finished two weeks earlier than planned!’
Spaceway, never a company to shirk a challenge, has built up a reputation over the years of working closely with its clients to meet and exceed their expectations, so when the challenge was made it quickly drafted in its A-team of project managers, suppliers and fitters to create a team that could deliver on every challenge set before them.
The client was safe in the knowledge that Spaceway would co-ordinate each of the various trades safely and professionally as CHAS, ISO 9001 and AIS Certification assessments had all ben passed with flying colours.
The design and build team at Spaceway specified its frameless glass partitioning system in conjunction with executive styled furniture systems to create a stylish and practical solution. All products were sourced from regular local suppliers and manufacturers to help with speedy deliveries.
Once the main installation was fitted, Spaceway’s team of decorators, electricians and ceiling fitters did the rest.
To complete the stunning fit out, a selection of complimentary artificial plants, clocks, coat stands and filing systems were sourced and put in position ready for the client’s move in date.
