About the project

Spaceway have recently fitted out a new 20,000 sq.ft factory and offices for GH Precision Engineering in Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate in Southampton Hampshire.

The fast expanding Southampton firm called on Spaceway when they needed a reliable local firm to provide a solution to provide a design and build fit out of their new building.

The project involved – New LED factory lighting throughout Mezzanine Floor for storage use New mains electrics and distribution for 15 large machines.

Fitting of double glazed office partitioning with integral blinds New LED office lighting, data network and small power Recessed floor boxes for data and electrical points in an open plan office.

The project was designed and built by Spaceway who also provided a full building regulations service which included detailed plans, calculations, specifications in one package for submission to building control on the clients behalf.
