When the world’s third largest manufacturer of contact lenses, CooperVision, chose the Spaceway to fit out its European HQ Pilot Facility, Spaceway a local supplier to CooperVision for many years worked very closely with their client to develop a space plan and design that would not only include extensive clean rooms and workshops but also high specification conferencing, meeting and training facilities as well as open plan and executive management offices.

The project had to be fitted out to a very high standard and quality of finishes as CooperVision planned to make the facility a customer facing operation and also attract the very highest caliber of skilled staff to run the facility.

To meet the client’s expectations and timescales Spaceway managed building regulations and planning approvals along with producing realistic works schedules in conjunction with their trusted long term local suppliers and contractors. The brief was simple – to carry out the works to a high standard, on time and to budget.

Spaceway also worked very closely with the clients own architects to ensure the colour schemes, and finishes were all coordinated to the clients exact requirements.
