When you need to separate areas or improve security, our steel partitioning is ideal from both a cost and practicality perspectives. Steel Monoblock partitioning that includes single steel skin partitioning for industrial applications and double steel skin systems for industrial, commercial and clean room environments. Panels come in various parts to suit any application, together with all the components needed to construct high_quality enclosures for stores, inspection rooms, maintenance areas or other facilities.

Pre_fabricated sections are designed for easy erection. Minimum numbers of parts are involved; systems are quick and easy to install and are fully demountable so that relocation is no problem either. All systems are modular based, nominally 50mm thick with standard module widths, 300mm to 1000mm in 100mm increments to include mesh, solid or glazed modules with doors and adjustable fillers for critical run lengths.

Spaceway Excalibur is a modular system for enclosures & divisions where appearance, strength & insulation are required.

Spaceway Excalibur is a quality double skin office or factory partition that offers a versatile, attractive appearance for the working environment. Panels can be supplied in a fully fire_rated version to BS 476: Part 22: 1987. Noise reduction capabilities can also be offered. Excalibur is offered complete with a full range of proprietary suspended ceilings with tiles that cover the full spectrum of textures and styles. Excalibur is a cost effective answer to all your space management problems.

Panel Sections _ Available in: full steel, steel/glass/steel, steel/glass, fully glazed, and chair rail glazed.

Dimensions (mm) - There are four standard heights available: 2440, 2745, 3050, and 3660. All are available in widths of: 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000.

Finish _ All panels are supplied with a TGIC and lead free powder coat, to an average thickness of 70 microns. Partitioning is available in Sandstone BS.08.B.17, Grey BS.0.A.05, Grey RAL 7037, or White RAL 9010. However, non_standard and corporate colours are available upon request.

With 144 sizes / combinations of panel offered as standard and many more special elevations available upon request Excalibur is a truly flexible partitioning system. Excalibur panels can also be supplied in a fully fire rated version to BS476: part 22: 1987, and also with noise reduction capabilities.

Spaceway Sabre steel partitioning: Modular and flexible for factory, warehouse,� and storage environments.

Spaceway Sabre is a modular, demountable panel system that can be used for a variety of applications within a warehouse or factory environment. It is ideal for enclosing working areas where appearance is important but without the extra cost of a double skin system. Sabre is also widely used for enclosing paint lines and coating furnaces, and is available in a modified form to enable access for maintenance. In a multi-tiered application, it can be used as factory or warehouse division for reasons such as security, dust proofing and environment control. Other applications include perimeter guarding to automated machinery, robots, conveyors, and for other automated processes.

Sabre panels are made from 0.7mm thick mild steel skins which are spot welded to 1.2mm thick channel uprights, finished with a robust powder coat. The panels bolt directly together with M6 x12 hexagon bolts, and locate into floor track. Extra stability is provided by top capping and mullion support.
