Email us about Mezzanine Floors

In general, Building Regulations approval is required for the installation of each Mezzanine Floor. The use of the mezzanine, if purely for storage or office accommodation, requires approval from the Local Authority.

The installation whether for industrial or commercial use has to conform to current Building Regulations requirements which include the Disabled Discrimination Act and Part L2B.

Spaceway have a working relationship with Approved Inspectors and the benefit of this is a quick turn around for approvals and consistent interpretation of the regulations and can make the required application on behalf of the Client, if requested.
