Here at Spaceway we would not expect you to purchase from us without seeing exactly how the final product will look. Our professional and detailed plans will allow you to imagine how your space will look, feel and work so you can be absolutely sure what you are getting is right for your business giving you peace of mind from the start. As part of this we carry out a full survey the site, produce auto-CAD drawings for all projects showing the proposed layout as well as 3D representations where required.

As you can see our efforts in planning and design are unsurpassed in the industry which ultimately means a project that runs more smoothly, on time and to budget.

Where required we will also discuss your project with our Approved Inspectors who are licensed by the Construction Industry Council to operate on commercial projects throughout the country. Initial consultation review is free and after this all you will pay are the statutory fees associated with your project.

Spaceway advise their clients on the latest products available in the markets place including energy efficient systems such as air_conditioning, ventilation, lifts and lighting. All these items when designed and specified correctly can provide real energy savings and reductions in the running costs of your building.

Spaceway also advise on the latest requirements of Part L Building Regulations - Energy Conservation, which will no doubt become more prominent specifically on new build projects in the future.
