Spaceway are an owner managed company and have been established since 1976. Malcolm Jeary Managing Director and founder still plays an active role within the organization.

Spaceway have an extensive working showroom and product display areas at their Romsey headquarters. The company moved to Romsey in 1998 and has recently acquired the freehold to the premises.

3. Experience
The team at Spaceway is one of the most experienced in the industry with over 60 years combined experience in advising clients of best use of workspace. 4. Design
The design team is looking to continuously improve their drawings and technical presentations. Computer equipment and software have recently been updated to provide the latest AutoCAD drawings, as well as the latest 3D imaging and animation when required.

Spaceway are proud to have achieved Lloyd’s Quality Assurance ISO9001:2000 approval for the 9th year running (certificate number LRQ0961095).

6. Health and Safety
Operates a Health and Safety policy and are committed to comply with all relevant current legislation, assisted by expert independent advisors. This includes Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM)

7. Partnerships
Spaceway have long term supplier partnerships with some of the leading manufacturers in the industry including Komfort, Haworth, Moresecure and Troax.

8. Networking
Members of Association of Interior Specialists (AIS), and are a Hampshire County Council approved contractor.

9. Approvals
Spaceway take great care the preparation of drawings, calculations and test certification when submitting building regulations and planning applications on their client’s behalf. Working closely with approved assessors Butler and Young building regulations applications are processed promptly and efficiently

10. Customer care
Spaceway take a consultative approach to planning and logistics on site with their customers. Project managers are appointed to each project and will provide regular updates of on-site progress and a detailed schedule of works, as well as guidance on all aspects of health and safety related to your project.
